Terms and conditions
1. Accommodation and golf
Land arrangements will be provided as described for each individual tour. Hotels and golf are subject to availability at time of booking. If a listed hotel or golf course is not available, a hotel or course of similar quality will be substituted. If any services provided or inclusive features of any tour is not used there will be no refund or exchange made.
2. Terms
On all golfing holidays there is a minimum required deposit of 100 Euros per person, the balance of which is due 3 months before arrival, by credit card.
3. Travel Insurance
Prosolgolf does not provide insurance and we strongly advise all clients to take out private insurance. Airlines are subject to international conventions limiting liability.
4. Changes to bookings
Once a programme has been booked and confirmed, we reserve the right to make an administration fee of 10 Euros per change requested by the client or his agent.
5. Cancellation
All deposits are non-refundable.
Notice of cancellation must be made in writing as soon as possible. The following cancellation charges apply:
Less than 45 days before the booked tour Prosolgolf reserve the right not to provide any refund.
6. Settlement
ProsolGolf Holidays expects all payment to be made by credit card.
7. Responsibility
ProsolGolf Holidays gives notice that all tickets and coupons issued by them, and all arrangements for transport or conveyance, or for hotel accommodation are made by them as agent upon the express conditions that they shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of any defect in any vehicle or through acts of default of any company or person engaged to convey their passengers therewith, or any hotel proprietor or servant. ProsolGolf accepts no responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delays or changes on flights, steamers, or any other services, sickness, weather, strikes, war, quarantine or other causes. All tour itineraries and fares may be affected by alterations in air, or steamship, or railroad services of the various countries, or by other causes.
The right is reserved to withdraw from any tour announced in this programme and to make such alterations in the itineraries as may be found desirable for the convenience of the parties and the proper carrying out of the tours.
ProsolGolf Holidays reserves the right to decline to accept, or to retain any person as a member of the party at any time.
The right is also reserved to cancel the tour prior to departure. In such case full refund of all payments will constitute full settlement with the passengers. The airlines concerned are not held responsible for any acts, omissions, or events during the time passengers are not on board their planes or conveyance. The passenger contract in use by the airline concerned, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the airlines of these tours and/or passengers. Any and/or all transportation companies herein mentioned shall have or incur no responsibility for any liability to any traveller aside from their liability as common carriers.
Prosolgolf cannot be held responsible for play being cancelled due to maintenance or, any works being carrier out by the any Club. If rain is officially called by the Club and play cannot proceed then Prosolgolf will refund on receipt of clarification from the said Club.
8. Handicaps
Although it is not always necessary, clients need to be aware that certain golf courses now stipulate maximum permitted handicaps. In these cases clients are reminded that they would be advised to bring with them a current handicap certificate, or, in certain cases, a letter of introduction from their club secretary may suffice. Starters may wish to inspect this documentation prior to play. ProsolGolf would advise any player to bring this certificate if they are in possession of it regardless.
