Marbella Resort Golf Course, Costa del Sol

Designed by David Thomas and located amidst the hills of Benahavis, this magnificent golf course enjoys spectacular views of Gibraltar, the African Coastline, the Mediterranean Sea and the surrounding mountains.

Opened in 1999 the par 73 course is 6247 Meters from the professional tees and large greens require precise shots and become a real challenge to the player. The front nine provides the unique experience of three consecutive par 5s, which not only represents a severe test early in the round but also offers some of the most picturesque scenery on the golf course. The course is complimented by carefully contoured fairways with beautiful water cascades and strategically placed lakes and bunkers.

Guests of The Marbella Club and The Puente Romano Hotels plus property owners on the resort have prefered tee times, although visitors can get tee times in the afternoon. The course is located 17KM from Marbella (about a 20 minute drive.)
