Reserva de Marbella is walking distance to local shops and restaurants. South facing balcony overlooking the gardens, valley and with sea views, complete with patio furniture.

The apartment is set in beautiful, landscaped tropical gardens. There are 3 swimming pools, cascading through waterfalls, into each other. There is also a Jacuzzi and an infant pool.

Lifeguards are in attendance in the summer months. The complex is enclosed for your security and has underground parking space, with lift access to the apartment.

The Lounge is light, airy and comfortably furnished, with settees and dining table to seat 6 people. The television can receive the normal 'free to air' UK satellite channels and there is a stereo centre, for your cd's and local radio stations. Direct access from the lounge to the large, fully equipped balcony.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with full size oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine and dish washer.

The master bedroom can be used as either a double bed or twin beds and the 2nd bedroom is twin bedded. This makes the accommodation ideal for golfers on holiday.

The master bedroom has 'en suite' facilities and there is another full bathroom to service the other bedroom.

Reserva de Marbella has a direct access road to the beach, over a bridge which is only a short 15 minute walk. There are plenty bars and restaurants situated in the Marina and on the beach itself.

The apartment is an ideal location for many of the surrounding golf courses. Cabopino Golf course is pratically on the doorstep and Rio Real and Miraflores are approximately a 7 minute drive away.

The area is famous for 'Chiringuitos' or beach bars, serving 'pescaitos fritos' and your favourite cocktail.
